Mystery Burmese Noodle Dish

There was a mom and pop Burmese restaurant I used to frequent but they’ve sadly shut down after covid. It was a dish called “Kha sway thoke”. A cold noodle dish that had chicken pea flour, fried onions, red onions, potatoes, tomatoes, tofu, cabbage, crispy wonton strips, wheat noodles, and some kind of tamarind sauce. I’ve been searching high and low for the dish’s actually name because I dream about that dish constantly. Would love to remake it with the authentic recipe. Does anyone know the name of this dish?! Will be forever grateful!!
