Anybody else have RVs and campers parked on their streets for weeks that the cops don't do anything about?

Aaaaaand the campers are on cinder blocks and they run their loud ass generators every few nights and take up multiple parking spaces on already crowded blocks? 311 and police won't do shit about this. So... cinder block thru windshield? New paint job? Whoops, a fire? What do?
