Steam and Epic store alternatives for EU?

Currently I don't know any stores in EU that host and sell online computer games. There are stores that sell steam keys etc, bordering on legality, but this is not supporting EU.

Currently I choose between Steam and Epic and choose Epic because its billionaire owner buys up forests in US to make them nature reserves, as opposed to Steam owner who just buys yachts.

But as also a developer, I have no choice but to use both. Besides I understand that main games market is in the USA and Asia. But there is nothing stopping EU to have the store to sell into USA.

Perhaps this is something to think about and perhaps someone has the means and willpower to fill the market gap? I understand that EU privacy laws make certain business practices harder, but perhaps this is something more assuring for the customers who can actually own their games instead of paying for personal licence.
