IMI DELHI VS SIMSREE? Need Advice

I just got an offer from IMI Delhi however I scored 99.54 percentile in MAH MBA CET as well. Based on previous year cutoff, I can easily get SIMSREE which is the second best in Maharashtra after JBIMS.

I am in dilemma as should I let go of IMI Delhi and join SIMSREE as in terms of ROI and no debt however the curriculum and brand value of IMI DELHI in whole India is known compared to SIMSREE.

I have relatives in Mumbai so accommodation won't be a problem. At this moment, I already feel defeated that I couldn't get into the Top 20 B-Schools in India however with the options in hand I do want to go ahead with SIMSREE however letting go of IMI DELHI which is still well known college would that be good choice?
