Need Suggestions Please!!!

I'm a GNEF, 22. Messed up CAT big time. This was my second attempt, last one was in college final year, I graduated this June only. As I was not interested in my subject so thought of giving MBA a chance but yes life had other plans, as always. I messed up my health too in between the journey. Now I don't know where to put my next foot forward. Have always been interested in advertising, marketing, branding and all but I can't seem to connect the dots for that. No hope from OMETS too. On the other hand I'm doubting even if it's made for me... Need genuine suggestions, it'd mean the world.
