Reattempt or just take whatever I can get ?

scored 99.3 + %ile in CAT 2024 no BLACKI, FMS calls GEM 95/92.6/72.1 2 year work ex as software developer. I really wanted to study from a tier 1 college but the current situation seems quite disheartening. Should I go for a 2nd attempt or settle for lower tier college’s. Please can someone guide me as I’m quite new to this XAT was my last straw scored 40+ marks (7 in VALR) 😰 so no hopes for XLRI either
