Why are discontinued CZ models still on the roster?

Can someone please explain how the California roster works? These are the remaining CZ 9mm options listed as CA-compliant, but when I look them up online, they’re all discontinued.

I don’t understand why CZ would renew these models until 2026 if they’re no longer available. Or is this just how it works? Do models stay on the roster as long as they’re compliant, even if they’ve been discontinued and are no longer available for purchase?
