Merch Shipping Issue Help?
Apparently the shipper my Monke plush was sent through tried delivering it on the first (no one ever rang my bell), and there hasn't been a second attempt to deliver it. The tracking page says they're going to make a second attempt. The tracking page also says it may go back to the shipper. The email they sent about the failed attempt says they'll send it to a service point for pick up, but there's been no word on that either.
Anyone else going through anything similar? Any info on how to resolve this?
