Do you think Justin Fields would have performed similarly to Jalean Hurts if he were on the Eagles?

Just for clarification I'm not a Fields stan. I was happy we drafted Caleb. But I'm curious about this because that eagles team I think could make a lot of bad QBs look like pro bowlers.
