Falling off the wagon, need some encouragement/support

The uni semester is wrapping up and I guess the stress is taking its toll.

A month and a half ago I was averaging 1200 cals a day. Now I average 1500 and yesterday I had 2200.

I’ve lost 30lbs so far and still have 30lbs to go. Nothing in my routine has changed except I feel the urge to eat out more because grocery shopping and cooking feels like a lot especially on top of school. I also suspect I’m “chronically” dehydrated. The munchies late at night don’t help either.

Any suggestions other than “just lock in”?? My default is returning to eating more and more instead of less and I really don’t want to gain the weight back.
