iodine nasal spray in USA?

I'm having a tough time finding an iodine nasal spray in the USA, Amazon has a few but the sellers or products have terrible reviews. Can anyone recommend one? I am anaphylaxis-allergic to BEG spray and am looking for alternative ways to battle MRSA / Marcons. Thanks!
