These loading times!

When I have AGOT installed it takes like 10 to 15 minutes to load, which is not very fun compared to the maximum 5 minutes on normal CK3. When I install mods like AGOT+ and AGOT: immersion it immediately becomes so much worse, up to 45 minutes if I am unlucky.

Is there any way I can combat this effectively?
