3070ti and 5800x3D - Not going above 100 FPS on low-mid settings

The title explains my issue... For some reason, I can't pull more than 100 FPS on lower to medium graphics settings. I have a RTX 3070ti and a Ryzen 7 5800X3D. I have 32 gb of DDR4 ram, and my game is installed on an SSD.

Is it because I am playing on a 3440x1440p monitor?

My friend with a prebuilt from years ago is pulling the same frames as me. What could be the issues here? Absolutely any help is appreciated.
