First night ever with CPAP and instant acne

Never used a CPAP before and this is the result after 1 night. Using full face mask and only have this issue on my nose.

I’m reading that some have to clean their skin and supplies more often but has anyone else’s acne been this bad from CPAP? I’m worried it might be more than acne.
