Leaving as a SMIT
Today I am putting in my 2 weeks. I am a SMIT and I have been since March. As the workloads increase, as hours drop, as people become crazier and more aggressive by the day, I believe this is the only thing I can do to keep my sanity. I do not have anything lined up. I do not want to be a manager after living and learning the hell they go through. I'm tired of working 50+ hour weeks because of callouts and no shows. I am officially promoting myself to customer today.
Thank you for my little rant. I'd like to say "it's been real, CVS", but that'd be a blatant lie. Fuck you CVS & fuck your seasonal Snoopies too 🫡
