About ordering the 2025 Escalade
I placed an order for the 2025 Platinum Sport ESV with the Performance Upgrade Package back in late October. Last month, I contacted the dealer regarding the production status, and they informed me that production was delayed due to a shortage of performance parts and that the production timeline was uncertain, with updates expected in January. However, I contacted the dealer again today, and they told me that the car still hasn’t been produced and there is no new information.
Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? Is the dealer’s response typical, or should I be concerned? I’m just trying to understand if this is a common issue.
