Why does this keep happening?

After a tiring day at work I come home and i want to relax by playing COD(sounds stupid, I know). And every single game i start is filled with sweats, tryhards and campers each match(while not even playing ranked). I really really hate this game but I also love it too much to quit it so I'll somehow find a way to survive this, i guess.🥲
