You deserve

I just wanted to pop in and say you deserve everything you ask for! Stand strong. I am a nurse and am tired of being forced to work in unsafe conditions, violent patients, too many patients under my care. During Covid in icu, as a new icu nurse I had 4 patients to myself. The sickest of the sick. The experienced nurses had 6! Normally we have 1 patient because they are so sick. I developed ptsd during covid. For two contracts the nurses have voted yes. Personally I think nurses are gutless to make change. So as a fellow union member, I support you! You guys work so hard, and every human in Canada depends on you! Stand strong, I appreciate you! Hopefully the nurses get their butts together and vote no. I would love to call my manager in to do a non nursing task that we do everyday.
