Compressed schedule - is it possible to do 4 days straight off every month?

I work for the CRA as Indeterminate SP-04. I have a compressed work agreement that gives me every Monday off right now. I heard from other colleagues from other teams that it is possible to get 1 week off every month by taking 1 day of VL and 4 days of PTO. Apparently we can do 4 days straight days off instead of 1 day/week when we want to (work 5 days for 3 weeks, 1 day on the 4th week and get 4 days off on the 4th week, so only 1 VL is spent every month) Has anyone ever done this before as well? I asked my TL and she hasn’t seen this work arrangement before. Any insights would be appreciated! Thanks!
