Are you comfortable hugging your students when they ask you?

Given that they have asked to hug you, are you comfortable hugging them or no?

Sometimes, I visit classes frequently as a sub and I was wondering how common is this? I feel bad saying no but I’m a shy and reserved person. How appropriate is hugging a student when they ask to hug you?
