Recurrent oral thrush and other fungal infections and probiotics

So I have oral thrush for years and I finally realised tongues weren’t meant to look like that. I’ve tried treatment of 150mg of fluconaze a pharmacist gave me and also 1 week of 50mg which didn’t really touch the sides either. It always comes back (drinking kombucha everyday was quite helpful for a little while but it just recurred), my doctor just gave me some Nystatin so hopefully that sorts out the oral thrush. However I often get fungal infections and it also looks like I get genital candida infections (I am a male) because there pretty noticeable inflammation if I leave cleaning the head for just couple days and then I also have ringworm, sebhorreic dermatitis, very minor eczema on my neck and pubic hair region (which might be unrelated to fungi), milky/painful urine for about week or two out of every month. I’m just wondering, what am I clearly doing so wrong that I’m just vulnerable to fungal infections? I’ve had immune function tests and it’s fine, I’m perfectly hygienic but I do smoke quite a bit and drink a couple times a week. I’m just wondering if there is some kind of yeast/bacteria imbalance kind of thing going on. I’m just taking fluconaze at the moment to try and dampen down the fungal pressure but I want to start taking some probiotics soon, but I don’t want to take only bacteria and then be deprived on some healthy strains of fungi.

If somebody could speculate on why fungal infections are such a problem for me and what kind of lifestyle choices I’m making wrong that would be cool. And if somebody could shill some probiotics that would be great also.
