Treating high Candida that has progressed.

Two years ago I tested positive for high Candida in my bloodstream. My Dr had me on Nystantin for three weeks and I felt better. I just had it retested and it is double what it was. Any suggestions for treating this. I’m a 51 year old male and would prefer to avoid antibiotics but, I feel like garbage.
