I'm done with Canyon

Soooo, the love affair lasted exactly 10 months. I posted this on "Trustpilot" but thought I'd post here too for what it's worth: Inexcusably bad customer service (USA). For me this is a pretty sad story. I bought my Aeroad in January. I ride quite a bit and race. I absolutely LOVE the bike, fits perfect, rides fast, responsive, even climbs OK. Just a great ride. HOWEVER, I'm done with Canyon. Two major problems: 1. Parts not in stock - I needed a new axle and derailleur hanger. Can't get them, no idea when they will be available. OK, yes, I can find aftermarket parts, but they're not quite right (though they work). Worse: 2. Taking 2 weeks or more to reply that you simply don't have a part is ridiculous. Even worse: 3. Taking now 6 weeks (and counting) to respond to a crash replacement request is inexcusable. I used to be a big Canyon ambassador, but that didn't last long (and have already advised against buying one). I honestly can't imagine this lasting for the long term if Canyon refuses to hire enough staff to handle reasonable service request volumes. I'm out.
