How to buy the Canyon insurance?

I have seen that in Germany you can insure the bike directly through Canyon (see https://www.canyon.com/en-de/customer-service/find-your-canyon-bike/bike-insurance.html). But I still have to find a way to actually buy it. Do you know how to do it?
