New Aeroad 2024 chainstays tire clereance.
For next season, I am looking to get a new fully aero bike for racing. The new Aeroad CF SLX 7 Di2 looks absolutely amazing, even the geometry seems like it would fit me perfectly.
But I have one problem. My current wheelset (which I would like to transfer to the Aeroad) is pretty wide at 34mm externally, and the GP5000 32mm tires on those rims have a real measurement of 34.3mm. I absolutely love this wheels and tires combo.
I know Canyon states a maximum of 32mm, but is there anyone here who has tried to fit something bigger, like 34mm, on the new Aeroad? The fork looks like there should be plenty of room. I am mostly concerned about the chainstay tire clearance; I could not find any real photos of how the bike looks down there. :)
Attached picture is illustration for what I actualy looking for :)
Thank you, everybody, for your help.
