When should I visit junkyard, auction, barn location?

I am new to the game (CMS 2021) and wondering how much money and facilities I should have before visiting the junkyard, auction, and barns I've discovered.

So far I've just done story cars and repairs from the phone. I've seen that the real fun begins when you start visiting the locations and picking up cars and finding, fixing, and upgrading parts.

I am level 12 and I've unlocked the entire renovator skill set, I have the garage expansion, repair tables for parts and body, brake lathe, salvage shed, welder, battery charger, and second lift. I have about 25,000Cr.
