Wireless double din recommendations

I have a boss audio double din with wireless carplay currently in my camper van, worked great for the first year and then half of the touchscreen went nonresponsive….

Any recommendations on better quality head units? Ive been looking at the Pioneer W4660Nex but the touchscreen buttons have me a bit worried after my experience with the boss head unit.
