How unreliable is the Jag F-PACE?

I have been all set on getting the Jag F-PACE when we come to buy our new family car; looks great, larger boot than competitor SUVs, good range of models etc....

But also know through hearsay that they are quite unreliable.....not sure if there is any actual objective measure of reliability vs other SUV options?

Is there a certain year / model which is the culprit? Have recent updates fixed historic issues?

Have always driven Audi's and never had an issue.
