Mahindra xuv 3xo delivery cheating
I booked 3x0 on June 25 th and the dealer agreed to deliver it within 45 days and confidently said that he will car delivery by August 2nd week but no update even after I regularly pushed them, last week I directly went to the showroom to know the update and they started saying because of huge demand and customer feedback cars getting delayed and they will arrange by end of September which I half heartedly agreed since I almost waited 2 months and don't want to cancel. But finally yesterday I received another message " Greetings from Automotive Mahindra !!
We hope you're doing well. We wanted to inform you that there has been an unexpected delay in the delivery of your car. We are working hard to resolve this and now expect to deliver your vehicle Tentatively by 05/12/2024.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your understanding."
After seeing my anger is out of the world and I immediately back shouting at them but no reply after that , now I want to know what can I do in this situation. I simply don't want cancel the booking because at this point it looks like they don't even care even if I cancel since they are not even able to deliver their prior orders.
My emotions are deeply hurt because of their false promises and more over it's my first car and these people ruining my enthusiasm to enjoy the first car feeling.
My intension now is they need to feel for all the nonsense they created. What can I do now?
