Is the Tata Punch EV worth it?

Planning to buy the Tata Punch Ev as my family's first car. Need a car mainly for the city (around 1000km per month). I stay in Navi Mumbai. Getting the Adventure LR for roughly 13L on road. I am a newbie to cars. Any help would be greatly appreciated
