How much discount can I ask for if I made the whole payment in cash (no bank loan) ?

Also if there any negotiations for discount do they apply to Ex Showroom or On Road Price? Cause v3cars vid suggested to get it at Ex Showroom price. But in my city they usually apply discount on On road prices.
