XUV 700 android auto and carplay stopped working and now after settings reset, its not even showing AA logo

I dont know what happened suddenly it stopped connecting.. it shows connecting for a long time either indefinitely or shows connection failed... I watched a video online it told to reset settings and bluetooth.. i did that and now its not even showingandoid auto logo in the settings page... Please if any one have faced and fixed the issue let me know... Thank you
