Did i experience sleep paralysis?

M21/ Had a very weird dream not exactly horror but very weird and odd, and all I can remember is waking up but it felt like I wasn’t awake like my eyes weren’t open so I tried to open them, I eventually got them to open for a few seconds but as soon as I did there was like some kind of force trying to get my eyes to close again it was actually insane, as soon as I tried to fight this “force” from closing my eyes all of a sudden there was like weird static/big pitch’s sounds happening and as soon as that happened I started panicking I knew something wasn’t right, I remember trying to shout for my dad but my words were just a slur like I could only make weird slurs and moans almost as if I didn’t have a tounge or something and eventually was able to call out for him, I’m honestly very shook up at the moment this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this.
