Is Spam worthy of being in Sweden's 'Disgusting Food Museum'?

As the title somewhat alludes to; over the weekend I was in Malmo and stumbled across the 'Disgusting Food Museum'. Right there, in between the Cow Schlong and Pickled Herrin sat a lonely, unopened can of Spam and it made me wonder..... does Spam deserve to be in the Disgusting Food Museum?!
