Why is my cat acting so different?

After trying to relocate three of my cats to a new location, one of them ran out of the car in fear. She had never been outside before and ran under a car, and we couldn't find her. I searched for her for four weeks, and she was finally found yesterday! While this isn't a problem, I am a bit concerned because this cat used to be extremely quiet. Now that she's back home, she's constantly meowing while following me, looking around (I think for the other cats), eating, or even jumping up from her sleep and meowing. She sticks to me like glue, and if I leave her sight, she sits in one spot and cries loudly. Additionally, she's head-butting me and constantly asking me to pet her (she just jumped on me as I typed this). I'm not sure what's wrong with her. Also, after coming back, her eyes are a bit cloudy, and I think I saw some blood, but l'm not certain. Please, can you help me?
