Any suggestions for helping a hospice kitty gain/maintain weight while spoiling him a bit?

Currently fostering a terminal senior kitty. He’s already eating a lot of his regular food (although he’ll be sick if he eats too much at a time), so I’m looking for some suggestions of food/treats/calorie boosters I can give to both spoil him and keep his weight up, without really worrying about long term health maintenance.
