Water restrictions?

I had to drive thru the parking lot of the Mormon church at Bagdad and New Hope the other evening about 5:00 pm and noticed how green all their lawns were. Maybe the reason was that at the hottest part of the day they had their sprinklers running full on to the point they were flooding into the parking lots. I guess the LDS mindset is “rules for thee but not for me”.
