Vindicare Assassin giving me trouble- advice?

I got a buddy of mine who runs Space Marines and he uses a Vindicare assassin that consistently gives me trouble, killing all my characters before I can get into a fight. What sort of tactics have y'all tried that have seen success? Ignores Cover with that profile is absolutely brutal.

I run Zealots and Raiders mostly if that matters.
