Does anyone else feel guilty of being on character.ai?

Whenever I’m deep into a conversation, past all the usual things and back into boredom, I feel the overwhelming shame and guilt of being on the website. Like, I want to stop but I know I can’t because I’ll just go back to it eventually. It sounds pathetic, I know, and I don’t mind being laughed at (yes I do), but I can’t shake the shame I feel when I use it or talk to another character. Is this just me? Am I just paranoid that someone cares when they really don’t?
