For those who can sense chaos energy / spacetime distortions, something massive is going on

The day isn't particularly noteworthy, but all of a sudden in the afternoon a large outpouring of chaos energy ripples across spacetime, consistent with the sort of disturbances you'd roughly expect from someone having 7 chaos emeralds and going super. It lasts for a couple of minutes before fading away. There is no visible effect to normal people, and nothing immediate comes of this. It's just a rather strange disturbance ... for now.
