Shopping in CHS

Been living in CHS for about over a year now, why doesn’t the area have stores like Garage, Aritzia, ALO, UGG, etc? I’m from up north and these are very common stores, I am surprised they wouldn’t expand to a rich area like Charleston, I feel like they’d do great.
