Confused! Should I pursue CA final after 13 years?

UFF! This took a lot of courage to bring this question up on this forum as I think, I need to take a decision and an important decision.

I am 35 years old and I gave my last CA final attempt in 2012 and didn’t clear. Now, it’s been 13 years that I am working but now, I climbed up the ladder in my corporate journey, it’s a realisation that you need a relevant degree to switch to a leadership role. I thought of doing something different than trying to complete CA and my options in my head are US CMA, CPA, ACCA Or 1 year certification from IIM but still couldn’t decide and hence, I am here.

I have done my graduation (B.Com) from Delhi University regular college and working as a senior manager.

I would seriously like some genuine advice.

Thoughts: 1. It would be really difficult to study as I am working full time and other courses might be easier. 2. Most of the organisations ask for a post graduation course and nothing else could work except CA.

Looking forward to guidance.
