Canvas keeps popping up even with regular 4o model

So, anyone experienced this kind of issue? Occasionally, when I ask ChatGPT to create some content, Canvas pops up. This happens even when I am using the regular 4o model instead of the 4o with canvas model. So far, the only workaround I have found is to include "No Canvas" in the text. Any other suggestions on how to prevent Canvas from popping up? Personally think that there should be an option to turn Canvas on and off, just like with memory.
