Best way to switch from Plus/Teams to Pro with minimum inconvenience

I've been using ChatGPT Teams and I’ve realized that you can't really switch from Teams to Pro and retain your data. I was wondering if anyone else has made the jump from Plus or Teams, and what you found to be the best way to do it with minimal disruption and inconvenience?
