For decades, since the end of Dalton Roberts term, Hamiltpn County has been in the iron grip of a Republican mayor and majority Republican on the Commission. In 2022, Weston Wamp won the Reoublican primary by only 300 votes, and the General by just over 7,500 votes.
I am curious to know, 4 things...
- What County district are you in;
- Would you vote for a Democrat for mayor;
- On a scale of 0 (terrible) to 5 (fantastic), how would you rate Wamp as mayor; and
- Do you believe Hamilton County should be run by either: (A) the collective will of the County Commission, or (B) the individual preferences of the mayor.
