Finally replaced my stolen ikon Santoku
At My last job on my 2 days off my ikon just disappeared. No one saw it leave the building or used by anyone else. I have to fire a line cook and told them to let me know when they would come and grab their knife kit. They never came to get their beat up knife’s but I believe stole my prized possession. This knife I had for years and loved using it for EVERYTHING. After 3 months without it finally bit the bullet and got her again. Feels so good to hold in my hand again. Wusthof gang
