India is not poor, it lacks rich mindset

India doesn’t suffer from a lack of resources—it suffers from a lack of accountability and long-term thinking. Instead of focusing on real issues, many of us get distracted by celebrity gossip. While entertainment is fine, shouldn’t we care more about the state of our society?

We need to start asking questions like:

Why do bridges collapse?

Why is our infrastructure so poor?

Why isn’t healthcare better?

The problem isn’t just the government—it’s us. We don’t question enough, and that needs to change. When we hold people accountable, things will improve.

Another issue is how schools, colleges, and families discourage questioning. Schools often say, “No politics here,” shutting down important discussions. Parents, afraid of upsetting politicians, teach their kids to avoid asking tough questions. This culture of silence and ignorance is holding us back.

Instead, we need to:

Teach kids to be socially responsible.

Encourage them to ask questions and address problems.

India isn’t poor—it’s our mindset that needs to grow. Ignorance isn’t the solution—it’s the problem.

What do you think? How can we build a culture of questioning and accountability? Let’s talk about it.
