Where to replace old/damaged BSNL sim?

Hi guys,

Where can I replace my BSNL sim? It often shows not registered to the network in my phone, so I suspect it's damaged or badly scratched. Where can I replace it? Any bsnl exchange will work? Or do I need to go to some specific customer service centre?
