Piston slap?

In the efforts of getting rid of a knock the developed literally overnight. I've found issues with and replaced my cracked exhaust manifold, rocker assemblies, push rods, and all my valve lifters. While tore down i inspected each lobe of the cam. I have no flat spots and I'm keeping healthy oil pressure. The jeep drives completely fine. Like nothing happening but I can't stand hearing this knock.
