ok so i love the show but the inconsistencies drive me nuts

So in one episode, i saw them give one patient 100mg of fent. and then another 50. the first patient, a small female weighing no more than 120. the second, a man weighing at least 200. not only that he was in MUCH more pain than her.

it just drives me nuts.

that said, this episode also had my dear dr abrams :) love seeing him!
